2. Services

MenusVerse provides a digital menu platform for restaurants, allowing them to create QR code-based menus, manage orders, and view analytics.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly/Yearly). Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (for India) or Dodo Payments (Global). Renewal is automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

6. Limitation of Liability

MenusVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
